How to connect to the dns server of a Hyper-v virtual machine?

Hello, I installed unbuntu 18.04 LTS on a Hyper-V virtual machine, installed the KeyHelp web server control panel for testing .
Created a website and everything.
The site is available either by IP, or if you specify ip and domain in Windows in hosts.
How can I make it so that the site that is located on this virtual machine can be navigated through the domain?
I had an idea to somehow connect to the panel's DNS server, but how?
Or are there other options?
If possible, please describe the solution in more detail. I think this problem can be common.
