How to connect to smb with a non-standard port?

The provider blocks ports 135-139, 445 (Yes, I even wrote to them and this is an official answer (Samara Domra)) and they said go nafik, we are here for the safety of everything and everything and in general a pony and a rainbow, to my question "What should I to do, I need ports, I shit on the fact that people grab viruses from these ports.
It immediately came to mind to simply transfer any port from the WAN to 445 LAN, but here's the hitch, the standard (explorer.exe so that it) does not know how to ports, and connects only using standard ones.
Therefore, what to do and how to live on, I need a samba from the Internet.

Double transfer - on one side you transfer ports to non-standard ones, on the other side to standard ones.
