How to connect to service accounts without API?

Good day to all, I ask you to help me figure out the issue.
There is a service application: https://youla.io
The user has the ability to post ads and receive messages from other users interested in buying. Access to this functionality is available only through a mobile application, on the site it is possible to view the ad database only.
There is a service: y-bot.ru
The service allows you to connect accounts, post ads, as well as read and respond to messages that come to your accounts.
Question: What tools are used to implement such functionality? The Yula application does not have an official API.
PS The priority is the function of reading and replying to messages from different accounts. For example: There are 10 commercial accounts. How to implement message management in this way?
Thank you.

The answer to your question is in the question itself:

How to connect to service accounts without API?

Why is the HTTP protocol not an API for you? :) The behavior of a user, anyone, with any browser, etc., can be quite calmly emulated, which is what many bots and similar entities do. And this applies not only to a particular site, in 99% of sites in general.
You don’t think that SPAM in the comments, live people send in their masses, and all sorts of “captchas” were invented to protect them from people? :)
