How to connect to Postrges from a remote computer in the local network?

Dear guru, the bottom line is this:
Postgresql 9.4 DBMS is installed on a computer with the Debian 8 platform. When connecting to it using Pgadmin III from a local computer with the host specified as localhost or 127.0.0.1, then all the way when connecting to 192.168. conf listen_addresses='*' in pg_hda.conf host all all 0.0.0.0/0 trust(tried md5 didn't help) killed ipv6 on debian.
