There is a Xiaomi Redmi 8 a phone that cannot connect to a certain network. When connected, it says: Saved
Protection wpa2 psk
Other devices are connected to this network. Is it possible to somehow configure access without logging into the router? Or somehow "re-"distribute wi-fi from other phones that are connected to this network?

Delete the saved network and reconnect, sometimes it helps. If it does not help, then the access point does not want to start. For example, it can be configured to filter by MAC addresses of clients. You may have run out of DHCP addresses.
All this needs to be solved on the side of the router.
