From the heat of the heat from the stack

Unmount your SD card in Settings>Storage, remove it, and reboot. Use the tablet for a while (like a few days) without the SD card and see if the random reboots recur. If they don't, plug it back in again, and see if the reboots start again.
Boot into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps: Safe mode: Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 | T Mobile Support. (I couldn't find steps specifically for the Tab Pro, so I'm assuming the steps for the Tab 4 are the same.) This might not be an effective troubleshooting method if the random reboots don't occur very often, because it's hard to expect anyone to use their tablet for several days in Safe Mode, thus being unable to access any of the 3rd party apps you installed.
Boot into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition, which doesn't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, and make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition, and not Wipe Data/Factory Reset.

Options:
1. Virus, firmware failure. It is treated: firmware of the device.
2. Nand or emmc memory dies (the firmware is written in it). It is being treated: diagnostics in the service center, or firmware of the device - when flashing, it indicates errors, or the transition to read only mode.
3. The battery is dying. Does not hold a charge, and shows an incorrect charge percentage (calibration does not work). Treatment: battery replacement

You don't need any social media here. A few regular custom post types will suffice. Pages - remains by default, Posts - company/project news. Create cpt User_Posts - these are user blogs (franchise owners). Create a cpt Franchise - this is actually a franchise. For users, create 2 new roles (or modify existing ones) - User and Owner, for example. User - a regular registered user of the site, without special rights - can like, subscribe, leave comments and reviews. Owner - can publish User Posts and Franchises, edit them, see statistics on them.
If access to the admin panel (with restrictions on roles, of course) suits you, then the basis is ready. If you don’t want to let it into the admin panel, you also make custom registration and authorization pages, a personal account and pages + forms for adding / editing content on the frontend. There are good plugins for both - free and paid. Personally, I used to saw front-end forms with my hands, now only with the help of Ninja Forms and several paid plugins for it.

Wp-Recall is the basic version of the plugin, more about the plugin on the developer's website.

Play around with BuddyPress . Almost all your requirements can be met with it.
