How to connect to a VPS (on CentOS) not through an SSH client with a console, but through something more convenient? Like remote desktop?

I am connected from under Windows.
With a console with a bash, I don’t even know how to install and configure Apache there, or nginx, in general, in order to host something there. I
guess that there probably isn’t a graphical manager (GUI) there either. If you put it, will it be possible to do what you intended?

You need to go in the direction of VNC, how to install it is full of instructions.
Only if you do not have DO (desktop) there, then why?
PS If you don't know how to install Apache and nging then install VestaCP or find a freelancer.

Linux is not Windows, having a graphical shell will not help you install and configure Apache.

I will reveal the terrible secret of the invite - all the gui in linux is just an add-on over the command line. You can install gui, of course:
# yum groupinstall desktop
but what's the point? I don’t know how it is in “friendly” bobbins, but in centos there are no GUI masters for setting up a web server.
# yum install httpd - will install apache
# yum install nginx - will install nginx, but first you need to add a turnip for nginx
