How to connect to a virtual machine if the VPN changes the IP address?

Good afternoon, please help me solve the problem.

Xenserver, there is a virtual machine on it, the IP address of the virtual machine is internal (example: 192.168.0.*),
I connect via RDP to this IP.
The problem is that as soon as I connect the VPN, it gives a different address to the virtual machine (10.0. 0.0),
and my RDP connection disappears.

How can I make sure that even when connecting to a VPN and changing the IP address, I can connect via RDP?
