How to connect to a site through a vpn that listens to localhost?

Good evening!
I have a vpn, I connected to my work machine via ssh, started the server, but the site does not open in the browser.
I clarify that the server responds to the connection, but the ui does not. I connect to the server via 192.*.*.*:22828 and it redirects me to 192.*.*.*:22828/v3 but the screen in the browser remains white, although it should come to life.
I note that when I connected without vpn, just in the local network, the site opened for me.
