How to connect to a server on a computer on a local network?

There is a computer, it has a server on port 8188, it is connected to home wifi. How can I connect to it through a phone that is connected to the same wifi?
Tried like this xxx.xx.xxx.xx:8188/myserver (xxx is my ip).

Wrote in spring.

By ip or dns server. See how and what is configured. Are external connections generally allowed?

If by "xxx - my ip" you mean the ip of the computer running the server, then you are connecting correctly. As for /myserver, you know better. If it doesn't work, look at what's blocking. Maybe the firewall is worth it. Look at the logs of the north, if there are requests for it.
