How to connect to a local server?

As you know, browser-sync is a local server ... which allows devices to connect on the same WIFI local network
I did everything according to the instructions
1) Installed node.js
2) Initialized npm
3) Installed browser-sync
4) Allowed node.js in the windows firewall outgoing and incoming connections
Next step by step ... browser synk issued ip: port of course that this particular computer immediately connected and decided to check from local devices ... i.e. tablets and other laptops
In general, not one of the devices connected to one router is connected ...
What did I miss? How to fix the situation?
