How to connect to a 1C server on Linux from your network?

Hello!
A virtual machine with a linux server hangs on a hetzner in the same place and postgresql to communicate with 1C.
registered in the file var/lib/pgpro/1c-13/data/pg_hba.conf
host all all white_IP
also rules /var/lib/pgpro/1c-13/data/postgresql.conf listen adress=127.0.0.1
restarted postgres and 1С .
registered in hosts both in Windows and on the linux server the IP of the server where 1C and hostname.
Still no connection.
The task is to connect through a thin client from Win machines to a database on a Linux server. Server without GUI
Please explain in detail what needs to be done

First, try to connect by IP first. secondly - check the firewall on the server, well, as they said above - check with telnet whether the port is available at all

understood what was wrong. copied gray ip instead of white. The issue has been resolved, thank you all for your input.
