A virtual machine with a linux server hangs on a hetzner in the same place and postgresql to communicate with 1C.
registered in the file var/lib/pgpro/1c-13/data/pg_hba.conf
host all all white_IP

restarted postgres and 1С .

First, try to connect by IP first. secondly - check the firewall on the server, well, as they said above - check with telnet whether the port is available at all
