How to connect the tablet as a usb drive?

I bought a tablet on Android 5.1, I was surprised by the lack of the "connect as usb drive" option, which I have on my old tablet (Android 4.4)

Googled, but did not find anything about my case.
I tried to enable debugging via usb, etc., but it did not help.
How can I connect the tablet as a usb drive?

Isn't it Samsung? In fact, no way. They specifically make the media device mode, a la "foolproof". Branded tablets like Samsung, Asus often suffer from this. And China all goes like flash drives, but there may be a problem with improper extraction - the tablet simply stops seeing part of the memory.
All from personal experience.

Try installing custom recovery. For example, TWRP allows you to connect devices from it both via MTP and USB.
