How to connect the phone to the PBX, if the number is connected directly, I do not use the PBX?

All phones are connected to the PBX, so they can be controlled, but there is a single landline phone with a different number that is not connected to the PBX, but directly. Whether it is possible to cut it to automatic telephone exchange?
