I don’t know how in the standard firmware, but you can put wrt on the TP-link TL841 and connect to your Wi-Fi. And already through it to connect PC2. TPlink will act as a Wi-Fi adapter.
in any home router wifi = local ports = the same switching unit. what is the problem?)
You can slightly change the location of the routers, make the TP-link TL-841W the main one, raise DHCP, WI-FI and the gateway on it, of course. Put D-link Dir 600 second, connect them with a wire (to TP-link to any lan port, to D-link to VAN port), make it a bridge (wireless repeater function) and configure WI-FI on it absolutely identically. Here are two routers with a bridge and seamless Wi-Fi. But why the hell? Do you have DHCP on D-link Dir 600 raised? Are PC1 and PC3 connected to it via Wi-Fi? You shove PC2 into any lan port of this router, it automatically receives an address from DHCP and voila - a small grid. Just like 2 fingers on the asphalt. And TP-link can be disabled and hidden until better times.
