How to connect the cable from the PBX to a bifurcated socket so that two phones work?

There is an ordinary two-wire cable going from the PBX to the socket as in the photo ( cdn.remotvet.ru/files/users/images/26/30/2630de8d8... How to connect two phones to it? Currently one phone (fax + phone) works, the second - no. I don’t understand telephony at all, so don’t scold me much.

2 middle wires out of 4 from one outlet and 2 middle wires from the other to two wires of the PBX (parallel connection)
