How to connect server to internet via PPOE connection?

How can I forward the port to the server? Thecus N3200XXX server , QBR -1040W router and static IP.
IP from the external network clings to the router and because of this I get into the router. Connecting PPPoE with a login and password (which means no way without a router).
Please, help!
