How to connect second site to google adsense?

A month ago I sent an application to adsense, but my site was rejected. Now I have made another site, but I still don't understand how to apply for it in my adsense account. The url field simply does not change there. Therefore, I decided to register another adsense account, but on a different gmail mailbox. Did I do it right? Either I dreamed, or I really read somewhere that you cannot have two adsense accounts. Please dispel my doubts

When you add an ad code to another site, you do not need to create an additional account or notify us about it.
