Can I get banned in YAN or Adsense for intentional clicks?

I want to put YAN/Adsense contextual advertising blocks on the site. Can I be banned because someone (let's say competitors) will specifically click on my ads? Have you had such situations? How does Google / Yandex determine if I am cheating or if someone wants to ban me?

You can't click on Adsense. When clicked, Google itself determines what to count and what not. What's more, he'll even show it as "invalid clicks" on his income statement. Read more here: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/16737?hl=en Or google for "invalid clicks".
I don’t know about Ya.Direct, it didn’t work out for me.

I probably won’t say anything about the case, but here’s the situation when your competitors want to click / wind up clicks on your ads, which IMHO is completely legal and even 1 click to a “competitor” will even be counted - the assumption of the possibility of such a smile =)

It happened to me, smart people clicked to harm, just Google didn’t count these clicks and that’s it. And I feel sorry for them, because they tried. :)
Google will ban for sure if the clicks come from one place that is yours or geographically yours. I know cases when relatives "helped".
Well, it will immediately understand that you asked visitors to click on ads.
