How to connect satellite Internet to a local network?

Hi all! There is such a problem, you need to connect satellite Internet to the local network so that you can choose the gateway yourself ...
Satellite Internet (backup, traffic limited)
Router: HUGHES HN9200
IP: 172.20.104.**
Max subnet: 255.255.255.248
From the local side network we have a Zyxel NBG460N EE router
IP: 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254
Mask: 255.255.255.0
When connecting the router to the router via WAN, the router receives an IP, a mask from the satellite Internet.
But when you try to access the Internet by specifying the gateway of the router (192.168.0.2), you cannot access the Internet. The gateway and neighboring PCs are pinged.
What could be the problem?

In order to select a router, you need to transfer both routers to one broadcast segment, i.e. connect HUGHES HN9200 with an address (for example, 192.168.0.254/24 and be sure to disable dhcp on it) to the LAN port of the Zyxel NBG460N EE router. The WAN port of the Zyxel NBG460N EE router must have a main channel. Thus, from the local network you will see router A 192.168.0.1 and router B 192.168.0.254, if necessary, you will change the default gateway. (example for linux ip r replace default via 192.168.0.254)

Not only did the pliers get dirty with toner, it also cannot adjust the grid. Shame on you.
