No way. Browsers do not understand sass, in any case it needs to be compiled into css and the compilation result must be included on the page. And you will run the compilation as a collector or by hand, the page does not matter at all.
If you're ready to move to LESS, you can shoot yourself in the foot (and site visitors the styles) with less.js , which will compile the styles right on the client. Seriously, you don't have to.

Sas is roughly like sugar for CSS. You can’t connect it in any way, unless you translate it online into CSS and paste the CSS file
