Another attack from Upwork - now they require that the name recorded in the Upwork profile exactly matches the name of the beneficiary in the bank of the Russian Federation. At the same time, they do not allow you to enter the name in Cyrillic, and all the names in the account data are naturally in Cyrillic! I have the same problem with Tinkoff and Paypal. Who managed to solve this problem?

Not certainly in that way. In the details for international transfers, the bank writes the name in Latin. At least Tinkoff for sure. Open the details for USD, there is a field "Beneficiary".
