How to connect Raspberry pi when connected via twisted pair?

I have a Raspberry pi 4 (ubuntu server 20.10), it is connected via wifi to the router, a computer (windows 10 OS) is also connected to the router, I can easily connect to the raspberry via ssh, but now I need to ping it from the computer via twisted pair cable.
windows:

Адаптер Ethernet Ethernet:
   DNS-суффикс подключения . . . . . :

   Маска подсети . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
   Основной шлюз. . . . . . . . . :

ubuntu:

        inet 192.168.2.10  netmask 255.255.255.0  broadcast 192.168.2.255
        inet6 fe80::dea6:32ff:fe54:f2c  prefixlen 64  scopeid 0x20<link>
        ether dc:a6:32:54:0f:2c  txqueuelen 1000  (Ethernet)
        RX packets 50  bytes 4769 (4.7 KB)
        RX errors 0  dropped 0  overruns 0  frame 0
        TX packets 92  bytes 4240 (4.2 KB)
        TX errors 0  dropped 0 overruns 0  carrier 0  collisions 0

On windows, the firewall is disabled
Everywhere is configured static ip
there is no ping between devices
maybe on ubuntu server it is impossible to simultaneously connect via wifi ssh and at the same time via twisted pair?
where to dig, what is needed in order for any devices to respond?

@Zzzz9

for example, separate wifi and ethernet into different subnets
