How to connect pug and vue.js?

Hello.

Right now I have a login form page written with pug but I want to make it into a modal window using vue.js.
There is also an example of a modal window on vue.js: https://ru.vuejs.org/v2/examples/modal.html, but there is HTML + CSS + JS, which does not suit me.
How can I attach a .vue file to a pug template and make the form submit when the button is clicked?
