How to connect private-api correctly?

I want to read SMS.
I know that the developer's license forbids doing this and that such an application will not be allowed in the AppStore.
I found that chatkit.framework can help me with this, but I can't compile such a project, I get this error: "not found framework".
I also found an option to connect the library not in the project, but in the code with the dlopen command from the /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ path, but the chatkit library is not there.
