How to connect PhpStorm to GitHub?

Hi everybody!
Holy cabbage soup , how tired I am of googling the topic, sorry, maybe everything will turn out to be simple.
1) I downloaded GIT from the office. site
2) Installed GIT, left all the checkboxes by default.
3) In the git.exe environment, the check passed
4) But when authorizing on github, an error pops up: Can't login: Received fatal alert: protocol_version (login / password are correct)
Good people, where to dig?
PS. Git version is 2.20.1.0, PhpStorm 8.0.3

Your Java probably only supports the legacy and untrusted TLSv1/TLSv1.1. Update Java.
