How to change user in git console?

I try to push , but it gives me an error:

$ git push origin what_people_say
remote: Permission to Belartale/Mogo.git denied to FornRo.
fatal: unable to access ' https://github.com/Belartale/Mogo.git/ ': The requested URL returned error: 403

FornRo is a brother's profile, how can I change the profile?
New user.name, user.email and new ssh key added but did not help.
Everything worked fine yesterday
