How to connect node js application to ip:port?

I have a hosting to which I need to connect a node js application in order for it to work. I have a telegram bot, and somehow in the script you need to specify the hosting IP and port, and connect the bot to it. How can I do it?

Through nginx. You put it on the server and in the config you set the port to nodejs
