How to connect multiple sensors and gsm module with downconverter to arduino uno r3?
There are 4 sensors to be exact. These are load cells with SIM800L
module connected to HX711
And is it possible to power the controller through the power supply and at the same time power the converter through it?
Or should I simplify a little and buy an arduino shield?

I think four HX711 can connect SCK pins and DATA pins to different digital pins - and read 4 sensors at the same time. It is better to feed everything from 5 volts.
