How to connect local networks OpenVPN or L2TP or PPTP?

Good afternoon!
There is a local network with access to the Internet - dacha (192.168. 8.0 / 24)
There is a local network with access to the Internet - house (192.168. 1.0 /24) White IP
It is necessary to combine them in order from 192.168. 8.0 was visible 192.168. 1.0 /24 and vice versa.
Picked up Linux Debian on OrangePiZero installed OpenVPN there Or L2TP (one meaning)
Put it behind the Router (192.168. 8.1 ) in the network 192.168 .
From home, I can access OrangePI via ssh or Web. (the same if you put a regular router with a web interface, etc.) gets the address 10.8.0.6 in the case of OpenVPN or 10.8.0.2 in the case of an L2TP connection
But I can't see the 192.168 network from home. 8 .0/24, logging in via SSH to tun0 10.8.0.6 (192.168.8.100 eth0 ) of course I ping the entire network in the country.
How and where to register the route in order to see the network from the house in the country.
Thanks
PS as a VPN client, I can use a router with PADAVAN firmware instead of OrangePi (if you can configure it through it, it would be better.)

For country devices, you need to register the route home through 192.168.8.100.
And according to the normal - you need to pass VPN between routers so that there is one router in the LAN. Registering routes on all devices on the network is not comme il faut.
