How to connect internet on macbook through windows?

Good afternoon. Please tell me what settings you need to make in order to connect your macbook to the Internet (not via wifi, but via a patch cord). Interested in specific settings, the wires are all connected.
Thank you in advance.
PS There are many solutions on the Internet on how to connect windows laptop / pc, but there are no examples of setting up mac os.
