How to connect headphone wires bypassing the volume control?

There are Sven ap-u990mv headphones, I connected all the wires directly, bypassing the board. The sound works fine, but only farts come out of the microphone.

I don't know much about electrical so I can't figure out why the mic isn't working.

Why did you combine striped with blue? Don't touch him. Just connect wires of the same colors
