Forget it. The Rostel router is not designed for this.

Do not force this miracle, it is already buggy.
Buy a normal router, install openwrt or padavan firmware on it
and you will have a normal rocking chair with all the goodies. Although, in my opinion, the router should only transfer packets and set limits (IMHO)

Rostelecom and other routers from providers - outdated hardware at the price of a flagship. It’s better to take some kind of kineticist who can do almost everything out of the box and not worry. It may be a little more expensive, but the quality and functionality are many times better.
