Of course, it is not necessary to connect via VNC, but I think it would be ideal, because. Ubuntu already has a vnc daemon during installation, which is quietly turned on.
Who can advise what method of connection in this situation, naturally the administrator can see what the user is doing?

Did this - everything is easily configured. The client was using UltraVNC. If the built-in daemon is dying out - there are still a bunch of analogues like x11vnc , I think it will not be difficult to put it into autorun.
