The site written in PHP has a connection to 1C through a web service by ip address. Now all external connections to 1C go through VPN. Tell me, please, how best to rewrite the script on the site so that I can get the same data from 1C via VPN that I used to receive through the web service?

No way.
This is done by the server settings. Create a VPN tunnel.
In the script, simply change the address to the address inside the VPN tunnel.
