How to connect fiber to twisted pair?

Hello.
Recently, Rostelecom brought a fiber optic cable (xPON) into the apartment. The apartment previously had a twisted-pair wiring. Optics enters the router provided by RT (huawei echolife), a twisted pair comes out of the router. The router, of course, is connected to the mains. And all this household is now hanging in the hallway, which I do not like.
Questions from the teapot:
1. Is it possible to somehow directly connect the optics and twisted pair cable bypassing the router? What splitter? I want to get rid of sockets and electrical wires in the hallway.
2. Claimed speed is 800 Mbps (which is about 100 Mb if I'm not mistaken), but the laptop's network card is limited to 100 Mb. Tests showed distribution of 80 MB, download of 94 MB. Question: if I change the speed tariff to 200 or 300 Mbps, will I feel the difference (feel the price)?
Thank you.

1. Do not get rid of the outlet. You now have a router that can receive an optical signal (light beams), digest it and output it via copper to an electric one into a twisted pair. If you remove it (router), then you will need to install Media Converter - more details in Google. This converter plugs into an outlet! Extend the optics with an optical patch cord and adapter, and where you need to put this router already.
2. If the network laptop 100 Mbit / s and other devices in use is not expected, then take the 100Mbit tariff and do not get fooled!
A normal provider should have explained this to you and helped solve the problem, not habr)

1. In short: you can’t, the provider won’t allow it. Will not give you the information you need to connect your own equipment.
2. 800 mega bits = 100 mega bytes . For the "typical home user" 20 mega bits per eye. If you actively download relatively large amounts of data (within the limits typical for a home user - movies, games) - the once standard 100 mega bits cover all needs.

You create a mess on the resource by asking two questions in one question. I'll answer the first one.
Nothing will stop you from extending the cable that came from the provider with the same optics. On sale there are both joints and already terminated patch cords of the desired length. Connect and move the router where you need it.

Theoretically and technically - easily. There are optics to eth interface converters, but this is just a converter, a stupid piece of iron, it will not replace a router in any way.
In practice, in your case - only lengthen the optics, because the RTK will never give you the admin password from the router.
