How to connect Fancybox to Bitrix?

The site has a template using jQuery version 1.8.3, and a new fancybox jQuery 3.3.1), When jQuery 3.3.1 is connected, the site menu falls off. Is it possible to somehow limit the scope of the jQuery 3.3.1 action to the gallery created with Fancybox

It will not work, there will be a jQuery version conflict if the menu is cross-cutting for the entire site. There are two options:
1) Change the menu scripts to support jQuery 3.3.1
2) Downgrade fancybox from 3 to 2 or lower where jQuery 1.8.3 is supported

I tried fancybox 2, and for some reason it does not open large pictures in the form of a pop-up window on a smartphone
