How to connect faces?

How to connect faces, as in the video, in one operation? I remember there was a shortcut in the old blender, but I can’t find it in the new one, I don’t remember.

So nothing has changed. In edit mode you select the edges, then either through the SPACE you look for "Bridge Edge Loops", or just press F
