How to connect DB(SQlite) to a project?

Good evening! I want to connect a database to a project that already uses 1 library. I need to connect the second one in order to connect to the db. How can I do that? When I run the finished code from the machine, it says to me that the class along the path: "org.sqlite.JDBC" was not found.
