What environment to use for java programming?

I'm starting to learn Java, I know about the existence of such environments as NetBeans and Eclips. What can you recommend? Which one is better to install and what is used in IT companies so that you do not have to consider other development environments later.

Eclipse, NetBeans, Idea are the most common. You can try all three, otherwise how many people - so many opinions.
PS In our country, even within the framework of one project, everyone writes in what they are used to.

To each his own, according to colleagues, the most norms are Idea, then Eclipse, then netbins. NetBeans seemed to me good for beginners, but for large projects it starts to lack something. Personally, I use Idea

unlike C#, java does not have a hard-coded vendor-specific IDE. Therefore, there is no standard, there are just popular IDEs.
IT companies rarely declare an IDE for java, much more often I see that each developer puts the IDE to which he is accustomed to himself.
The company can finance if the IDE is paid, you just need to understand that you get used to a particular IDE and use it not because the company provides it, but because it is more convenient for you in it. In some offices, the developer buys a paid IDE for himself if the company is bureaucratic and the salary suits him.
Basically it's IDEA, Eclipse, sublime, netbeans seen less.
