How to connect ConEmu and Visual Studio 2013 (community, express) in debug mode?

I would like Visual Studio to launch ConEmu instead of the standard console (cmd) in debug mode.
On the system itself, ConEmu always intercepts requests and runs instead of cmd. But Visual Studio does not want to do anything.
What permissions might be needed for ConEmu ? I tried all the combinations to give / not to give the administrator that ConEmu, that Visual Studio. Still an Attach Injection Failed error.
