How to connect autocomplite to custom textarea?

In this way, everything seems to process normally.

But my task is to generate input, I can’t connect this component to an existing textarea, I can’t google how to do it.
I would like to connect it to such, if that b-form-textarea is used.
Please tell me how to do it.
