How to connect Android SDK to Unity?

Hi everyone, please help me with this issue. Just haven't tried it. In general, I need to connect the android SDK to Unity. I download Android Studio, choose a path other than the C drive, and then download the SDK to the Android SDK folder next to the Android Studio folder. And as a result, Unity does not see it. I looked on the Internet that a folder should be created in AppData\Local called Android, but I don’t have one. I also have User named with Russian letters (because I noticed that the studio does not like Russian and other letters as much as possible). I don't know what to do now

What does "can't see" mean? In the settings, you can specify the path to any folder - did you do it?
