How to connect an ssl certificate to a site located on a home PC?

Welcome all!
Raised home server:

  1. OS - Windows 7
  2. wordpress
  3. open server
  4. Rented a static public IP from an ISP
  5. Rented a domain on REG.ru and connected it to the server

Everything seems to be working. The site is accessible from the Internet, but the problem is that the site does not have SSL protection and is blocked everywhere.

I have a question about installing an SSL certificate: how can I put a free SSL certificate on a website? Please do not send to Google, I just came here from him. The topic is probably the most hackneyed in the world, but still :/
As far as I found out, there are many ways to get an SSL certificate and you can conditionally divide them into:
1) free (gogetssl.com, Let's Encrypt)
2) paid

I created a certificate for 90 days on gogetssl. Got 3 files and don't know what to do with them. I couldn't find anywhere on the net where to connect them. Some people upload them via cPanel to remote hosts and somehow connect, but I have not moved off the ground for several days.

There are SSL plugins for Wordpress. For example Really Simple SSL. As far as I understand, Really Simple SSL should generally do everything for the user (connects to Let's Encrypt, generates a certificate, installs), except that the "do" button needs to be pressed. Clicked - the site is still unprotected.
Downloaded other plugins, did not help.

Using Really Simple SSL as an example, I will try to describe how I connect the certificate:
1) Downloaded - installed and launched the RS SSL plugin
2) Crjgbhjdfk Wordpress folder with the site
3) 623de53188989944460148.png
- I don’t know how to check all links on the site, go to Settings -> General and replace http to https 2 places (site addresses).
- further it is proposed to move all data from the "domain without ssl" to your own server
I don’t know how to deal with this, I have the following structure on Openserver:
Z:\OpenServer\domains\myblogsite
myblogsite - a folder with a Wordpress site
Next, I see this and click "Activate SSL":

(settings that are on the right skewer in any way)
Next I see this:

It seems like SSL should work, I reload the page and see that https is glowing red and crossed out.
Other devices also say that the site is not secure.

Guys, tell me what I'm doing wrong

@Alerrll

In the web server config - specify to listen on port 443, in addition to port 80.
Add a configuration for ssl there, similar to port 80. Let it be written there to the ssl certificate and key. It will be put somewhere nearby, in a convenient folder
If you want https to open automatically - specify the redirect setting in the web server config
