Hello. I use the package on Laravel 5.6 irazasyed/telegram-bot-sdk. Screwed - everyone is happy. But I came across a task that drove me to a dead end. I want to connect, when a button is pressed, a specific Telegram user as an operator. What do I mean. When communicating with the bot, the client presses the "Operator" button and then communicates with a "live" person. But I can not understand the logic of this scheme. Need to create a chat and push participants there? Or to invite the operator to the existing "Bot" and "Client" chat. Thank you in advance.
