How to connect an IP recorder to a TV via hdmi?

There is a hikvision ip registrar and a TV with hdmi (no network interfaces). the distance between them is 50 meters.
The task is to display the image from the surveillance cameras on this TV set.
I once saw an option with a network TV set-top box on android. We install the ivms software from the market into the prefix and watch the registrar on the TV set through this program.
Question: What prefix to buy and where? and are there any other solutions?

Solution found. Prefix DEFENDER Smart Call HD3. We connect it to the network, install the application and everything works :)

What are the video outputs on the recorder? Might be easier to buy an adapter and have a look.

The solution using a tablet or phone on Android is the most it, and even now a lot of Chinese brothers sell ready-made set-top boxes, in theory 90% are suitable for these tasks, in the same place, install IVMS Wi-Fi everywhere and enjoy, you just need a wireless remote control to view cameras individually or wander through the archive. At one of the objects I have implemented it, android TV is Chinese, displays Hikov's cameras, a remote-mouse is connected to it via USB. On another object it is more stupid, but nevertheless reliable - a board from a full-fledged network registrar, with a wireless mouse, the minus of this is that the archive cannot be viewed.
