I don’t think that in such a TV there will be an HDMI connector, here it’s either SCART or AV.
On an android tablet, there will only be a micro USB, for which you can buy an adapter cable to HDMI. But, again, the TV does not have an HDMI connector.
There are set-top boxes, converters that convert HDMI to AV, but I'm afraid they cost comparable to an android TV set-top box and your idea with a tablet will lose its meaning. Google "HDMI to AV converter".
