How to connect a switch to another switch?

Greetings!
It is necessary to connect a sip phone and a computer to the line.
There is a line connected to the Dlink DES-1024A switch. Stretching a second line due to the nature of the repair will not work.
I plan to connect via a D-link DGS-1005A switch.
Will switches need to be configured? How correct is this approach?

@Chebaa

It depends on what's behind the Dlink DES-1024A and how your network is set up.
In general, your switches are not subject to configuration: they are unmanaged.
If:
1. Your devices receive IP addresses via DHCP, and
2. Your router is located behind Dlink DES-1024A, giving out these IP addresses to anyone, and
3. NAT and access policies are configured on your router. via DHCP, let it go anywhere"
Then there should be no problems with cascading "sip-phone + computer" -> D-link DGS-1005A -> Dlink DES-1024A.
Failure to meet any of these three conditions will already require doing something with your hands.
