Is it possible to connect a 24-port switch to one of the ports and plug 20 patch cords into it so that the Internet appears on all 20 computers. Absolutely any switch is suitable for your task. Take the simplest unmanaged one. The price will be within 2k (per 100 megabits). Gigabit, of course, is more expensive (but according to your description, you don't need it).
