After a magical analysis of connections on microt, it was found that Yandex persistently offers to send packets via ipv6, if suddenly the phone can do it. The phone, of course, can do a lot, but this is not accepted in my network.

Therefore, checking the ipv4 only checkbox solved all the misunderstandings with Yandex.
